We humans put our bodies through a lot, and most of us will, at some point, suffer an injury to our musculoskeletal system. Trauma to our
bones, muscles and joints can come from sports injuries, or accident-related injuries. These can include: muscle strains or tears; bone breaks or
stress fractures; and joint trauma such as dislocations, sprains, or damage to tendons or ligaments.
